What is success?

Success meaning could be different from one person’s view to another. Yet, this does not mean that your view is WRONG, everyone has their own views of success. Everyone has different perspectives of success.
Albert Schweitzer defines it as the following: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
Benjamin Disraeli said "The secret of success is constancy to purpose."
Some see success in earning more and becoming one of the millionaires, others see it in getting well with others and just being loved by everyone, and some see it as becoming famous.
It is mainly how the individuals envision it, just like great successful companies when they want to start right and grow right, they need firstly to spend time to set up their vision; their success factors.

Being successful does not mean that you do not have to make mistake, I believe being successful means that you have to make some mistakes and learn from them. When you make mistakes do not stop, learn from them and will you be success. There are always ups and downs, and if you are a successful; you will use your downs to get up and your ups to get upper.

I was asked once "What is the real success from your view?” I answered “the real success is when people appreciate what you do, when you see the smile of their faces. Simply the joy you have drawn on their lives.”
